Purpose-built PTZ camera stand delivers a cleaner, more professional solution for rental, staging, and live-event production teams

Holland, MI - May 26, 2026 - SAVY announced the launch of the new SAVY Portable Adjustable Height PTZ Stand TB2A, a professional-grade movable camera stand designed specifically for small and medium PTZ cameras used in rental, staging, live-events, and hybrid production environments. The new stand will make its debut at InfoComm 2026.

Created to solve one of live production’s most common challenges, where to properly position PTZ cameras in temporary event spaces, the SAVY Adjustable Height PTZ Stand provides a clean, stable, and visually unobtrusive alternative to improvised mounting methods such as pipe-and-drape uprights, temporary clamps, lighting stands, and taped hardware solutions.

Built with a heavy 1/2-inch triangular steel base and a 2-inch pipe-style vertical structure, the stand offers professional aesthetics while maintaining the durability needed for demanding production environments. The adjustable-height system reaches over nine feet tall and utilizes a clamp screw, safety pin, and height-indexing holes for secure and repeatable positioning.

“The reality of live events is that production teams often have to improvise camera placement in spaces that were never designed for broadcast or streaming,” said a SAVY spokesperson. “We wanted to create something purpose-built that looks professional, sets up quickly, and allows PTZ cameras to be positioned where the best shot actually happens.”

The stand is designed for use in hotel ballrooms, banquet halls, churches, conference spaces, corporate events, hybrid meetings, and live-streaming environments. Its slim profile allows cameras to be positioned closer to stages, presenters, and performance areas without distracting from the room design or guest experience.

SAVY also offers optional single or dual PTZ camera mounting configurations, allowing production teams to capture both wide and tight shots from the same camera position. Tilt-back wheels integrated into the base simplify transport, loading, and set up for fast-paced event environments.

Key benefits include:

  • Cleaner room aesthetics

  • Faster event setup

  • Better PTZ camera sightlines

  • Reduced dependence on improvised rigging

  • More professional-looking production environments

The SAVY Portable Adjustable Height PTZ Stand TB2A will be showcased at InfoComm in booth #N7513 alongside SAVY’s growing portfolio of professional AV support and mounting solutions for production and integration environments.
