Poway, CA – September 28, 2026 - Mount-It! PRO announced that its new Zaxxis™ Micro dvLED Mounting System is now available to ship. First showcased at InfoComm 2026, Zaxxis™ Micro builds upon the company’s award-winning Zaxxis™ platform with an ultra-slim, modular design engineered specifically around the needs of professional integrators and installers.

At just 43mm (1.69 inches) deep without LED cabinets, Zaxxis™ Micro significantly reduces the mounting system footprint while maintaining the flexibility and precision required for direct-view LED installations. When combined with compatible dvLED cabinets, the complete installation can achieve a total depth of less than four inches, making the system well suited for projects with ADA-compliant depth requirements.

Designed Around the Installer

Zaxxis™ Micro features a modular, scalable architecture that can be configured for virtually any video wall array. Unique mounting plates enable compatibility across major manufacturers’ modular LED cabinets, giving integrators the flexibility to standardize around a mounting platform while accommodating different dvLED technologies and project requirements.

At the heart of the system are Mount-It! PRO’s proprietary integrated depth-control bolts, engineered for the specific bolt size and thread pitch of each compatible LED cabinet. The bolts provide 15mm of front- and rear-serviceable depth control, allowing installers to make precise Z-axis adjustments by rotating the bolt clockwise or counterclockwise while it rests in the LED mounting plate.

This approach helps simplify one of the most critical stages of a dvLED installation: achieving the precise alignment required to create a seamless finished display.

Zaxxis™ Micro also reduces the amount of hardware and packaging required for an equivalent-sized video wall compared with its predecessor. For qualifying small-to-mid-sized configurations, the reduced footprint can eliminate the need for freight shipping and allow the system to ship via UPS Ground, helping simplify logistics and get mounting hardware to the jobsite more efficiently.

With fewer components and a streamlined installation process, Zaxxis™ Micro is also designed to enable setup by a single technician, helping integrators address labor efficiency while keeping projects moving.
